I have visited here for vaccination of my parents.It was very neat and clean. Their staffs were very efficient and prompt. It's really pleasing to see government establishment work effectively.
This govt hospital is neat and clean. The staff is also very cooperative. Covid Shield Vaccines are available here. Anyone who is registered, can go and take vaccines after showing Aadhar Card in free. Even you can get free available medicine here. It is good UPHC in and around Gomtinagar.
The area around the health centre was very dirty and filthy.Reaching the place in the car was another herculean task. The staff and was very helpful. The centre was also neat and clean.But alas due to the callousness of a staff member by the name of Akhilesh made it a very bad experience. The three of us had gone for our 2nd dose of vaccination but this person forgot to upload the name of my mother in website. When we were downloading the certificate ,we found that my mother's certificate was showing partially vaccinated.After the diwali break we again had to go to get it rectified. A holiday was wasted in getting the correction done. The person named Akhilesh had no manners .Due to this persons negligence, the centre is not getting good reviews.
Although situated in a narrow road, but its very convenient to reach there from Lohia Park side. Neat & clean and less crowded. Staff is helpful & efficient. For vaccination, it takes around 20 minutes during normal 11-2 pm slot.
Very well organised vaccination center. Staff and attending doctors very well behaved
