This is worst hospital ever in Hyderabad. For emergency do not ever go this hospital. We visited this hospital on 9th jan when my mother had slipped on tile and sprained her leg. We consulted Dr. Vijayasree in emergency and they sent us for a xray in first floor. Again we were asked to go to emergency for understanding the results, there was a sudden case in emergency and all the staff rushed to attend that. Meanwhile we were asked to wait in a different ward, it was a covid ward, no one informed us that! . My mother was in pain and couldn't stand, we waited there for half and hour, above that my mother was a covid recovered patient. When I asked a doctor in emergency to give us back the xray film so that we will go out and consult somewherw else they reply was shocking! They instead were asking us to wait in the same ward if we want treatment, I had to put up a fight to get the xray back from them, finally we had to leave the place without impression of the test. Doctors here do not have basic common sense on how to behave with patients
