Here the doctor and staff are good and cleanliness is also good and the doctor talks well like a friend.
I was impressed by its name, fame and reviews, so I visited S R Kalla Hospital for my own treatment. As per my personal opinion the hospital is perhaps interested more in attracting and retaining customers (when commercial considerations overtake patients are just ATMs) and the purpose of getting a treatments for faster and quicker relief is compromised. I was subjected to innumerable tests, some of which were hardly relevant to my ailment. The treatment/drugs prescribed were also not so effective to show any timely improvements as expected. Moreover instead of giving a sense of hope and assurance, if the doctor attempts to make the patient nervous, with a view to convince him for continuing longer treatments, was a shocking experience for me. The charges are also very high and not less than the charges of any large reputed large hospital in the city.

Doctor(only Mr. kalla) is good but management is horrible. You can't compare this hospital management with Rukmani Birla or Mahaveer cancer. Also the condition of room is pathetic. For 5k I'll get much better service elsewhere. Nurses are non professional. They are not available at Central desk. Poor hygiene and pest problem.
