Highly Uneducated People while dealing to Students . typical image of up people chewing pan and spitting out can be seen on Fee deposit centre with your own eye. that smell of uneasiness if you are not from local you won’t feel comfortable. Visited twice and hope never ever visit this university. Typical 2 hour take 4-5 days (pdc) if you don’t do effort than you are doomed. Same goes for students too. Better to avoid.
