Worst hospital services. Non cooperative staff. They will never pick your call once the patient is discharged. Totally a fraud hospital. Charged Rs. 10,000 extra for no reason. Even they refuse to give you bills for all the expenses. They ask you to bring medicine they won't even use.
This hospital is only for rich who can spend their money without thought. I went with my wife for a small problem, even we were knowing the problem cause. They could have recommended few medicines based on their experience, but no. They asked for 5 tests and asked to pay Rs 2500. We came out the hospital and went to near by local doctor where he gave ₹250 medicines. Management is also poor to handle daily patients need. Wasting time to connect with right doctor and no doctors information available at reception. How we can expect better treatment from such big hospitals whose motive is only to loot money. God saves us.
The security here is very poor. There is a Mandiip Singh who lives at the gate, his behavior was not good. Doesn't give one out of 5 stars,,,,
my patient name is narinder treated in hospital Dr. baldev aulakh is very nice Doctor and staff Specially one staff at billing Mr. Ravi behaves very nice.
I came here for Partial nephrectomy, surgery was done by Dr Aulakh sir.now I am completely fit and satisfied with the treatment.during hospitalisation,food was good,staff behaviour were very polite.i will strongly recommend the hospital.
