This is one the best hospitals in twin cities. Excellent and efficient doctors I found here. I went through two procedures here. The hygiene, the way doctors treat, staff are world class. Many of my relatives were treated in this group of hospitals. They are very happy with the hospital and the doctors. There is always an opportunity for improvement. The waiting time for discharge may be improved. Rest, I would say in one word that this is a trust worthy hospital that a patient can rely upon.
We have taken oncology services , the service was excellent, staff is efficient. Well behaved op staff in an immense pressure, who helped for faster consultation and guided us for diagnostics for tests. We never expected the tests to be done so quickly and reports were dispatched on time. Hospital facility is very well maintained. Overall very satisfied and appreciate to all staff.
Compared to the old Yashoda hospital the renovated Yashoda hospital is very well planned. Makes it convenient to maneuver which wasn't the case earlier. Valet parking is a big plus now. And Café Coffee Day on the first floor is another convenience. The staff need to be trained to handle the larger footfall more efficiently. There is a need to have customized wheelchairs for patients who can't bend their knees. Also, the wheelchair handling staff need to be briefed on delays caused by Doctors' sudden schedule changes. Our wheelchair attendant kept on grumbling throughout as she waited along with us for 2 hours for our Orthopedic who went on rounds of the IN patients. Then she left us at the x-ray department and disappeared without informing us. We had to request and wait for another attendant for half an hour. Also, the wheelchair attendants need to maintain proper hygiene as they are directly handling the patients. Hope the hospital acts on this immediately.

Yashoda 2.0 Treatment will be vary to person to person, so reviews too. 1. A New Renovated Hospital which is commutable and easy to recognize from road. 2. Emergency facility is available. 3. Experienced and Expertise Doctors. 4. Customer first priority given by staff. 5. Canteen with nominal prices. 6. Government subsidiary and recognized private policies will be considered. 7. As it is private sector, Prices are expensive. It's my personal experience.
