I did not find this place as a good hospital as, Doctors associated with are the among the best in city but the hospitality and the nursing staff is too rude and uncomfortable to the patient. Formality procedures and admission process are too lengthy and time taking. while i found this hospital most expensive in the Bhopal. Visited hospital for child delivery of my niece. Dr. Priya bhave was operating. One of the best hospital facility in Bhopal. Doctors and staffs are very polite.
Have Mixed reviews for the place. Have had good and bad experiences. Yes the hospital has got all advance facilities, one stop place for every treatment. Some doctors are very nice. But then some are horrible and greedy to core.
Very pathetic experience charges are getting higher and higher and increased in every quarter and service and courtesy is going down and down. The doctors are not consulting patient as compared to their high consultation fees and looks they're in hurry and don't have time for consulting patients. The experience in billing counter is pathetic and lazy. The patient and billing executives availability ratio is very low. Reception staffs are very rude and full of attitude problems. They are also very slower like working in government sector. This hospital is actually for VIP/VVIP'S and there services.
