Wonderful hospital.... It's hospitality is good but it charges too much... Poor can't afford this hospital.. This hospital is very big and has everything that we need... If we want treatment we can get here and there is no need to go to Hyderabad...

One particular staff member in the front desk is horrible. After booking a vaccine slot, we received a call and were asked to come at a particular time. After going to the hospital, they said that there were no vaccines left. When we called back to the previous number, we realised that it belongs to this rude staff member. He pretended that such a number does not exist and acted surprised when his phone started ringing. He said that he never called and that we should leave. Although we had a slot booked, we had to go back without getting our shots.
