BE RESPONSE FOR THIS REVIEW I THINK THE HOSPITAL WAS GOOD AND HOSPITAL STAFF WILL BE VERY RESPONSIBLE FOR EACH AND EVERY PERSON THANKING YOU I TRUST THAT YOU CAN BUILD UP THE HOSPITAL AND TRUST MORE THAN MOUNT EVEREST This hospital does all kind of manipulations for insurance. This hospital doesn't consider insurances. It's wasting money here. The staff ia not at all helpful. I have asked for breakup bill for my reference. If insurance cannot be claimed at your hospital please close your hospital. This is corona time and you people want only money. You people are money minded. We are claiming the money from insurance company and you have problems. Your management is pathetic. I gave a super zero rating to your hospital. People don't go here it is not for cashless people. They take money and do medication and you cannot claim insurance from any company. Third class hospital and there staff and their management and their thinking. For EHS PATIENTS NOT GOOD. We should come to again and again. Counseling is different types providing , no clarity. THOSE ARE COMING FROM DISTRICTS.. SOME TIME THEY R DOING SURGERY in one day.. lab is poor all tests are not available.. there is no proper coordination among all floors staff.. weekend on Friday staff are going to early.. .. no parking.... Waiting for long time... Full staff not available
A really trusted hospital for eye problems , place is very well maintained during covid times. Service is excellent. They almost can treat any eye problem with ease . Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Called to ask info regarding cataract surgery..but they are not interested to discuss in phone i don't understand why you people are expecting patients to come over to discuss..if you are genuine enough counseling can be given in phone too and can disclose the general price list what's wrong in it....as it is pandemic time we can't get old people all they way from village to hospital to get councelling...worst service... because of these things people may lose confidence over doctor too... management better correct thing ASAP...or else people will loose trust.
