Great location. We really loved the character of the hotel. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.
Good property & location. Good for a day or long staycation. Food was good. Staff was courteous & helpful. Winters, they don't have running hot water 24 x7 . Some timings they have , so before going for bath check with the reception. (not conveyed on checkin) Also check with the reception before booking if a large group is there and if they would use loudspeakers. Small place and noise reaches in the rooms.
It's one of the best palace. I mean a palace in the middle of lake is just surreal. We reached there by boat. And the rooms was also perfect, but the staff doesn't know the meaning of hospitality. F&B manager was quite good and supportive but the person at the reception needs to behave better.
It was gr8 experience... They have very friendly staff. I just love their interior, delicious food...Must visit this place..
Location is good, brief boat ride from parking to hotel is nice. Hotel rooms are spacious. Has a swimming pool. Morning view from hotel is good. Food is okay. Need to revamp infra.
