The staff specially at the receptions are very professional and never keep the patient waiting long time by giving false info like other hospitals do. Charges are slightly on higher sight but it's worth as the response is highly appreciable.
Highly qualified doctors and most dedicated staff I have ever seen anywhere. As per me I underwent CABG in 2015 and till date I am more than happy. Every time I visit Star Hospitals, Banjara Hills for a review, I am treated with utmost care right from the Consultant Doctors to Class-IV Staff. I express my gratitude to all of them and wish them all success in their future endeavours.
Pathetic. Asked for a breakup of costs that will be incurred but the staff dint agree. We said we would pay 50% advance as upfront rest basis whenever the procedure is done. But they want everything upfront before they even take your admission. Reluctant to show the break up of costs. Feels very commercial/profit based hospital. They bill you first for service which you have not availed as well when asked they say protocol sir. Else surgical clearance won't be given. Only reason we go there is for consultant doctor. Else the experience was too bad. Would not recommend star. Corporate butchers. Lost faith would consider my surgery at a different hospital which has empathy and bills only for things that are required and is more transparent. God give good health to all. Ameen.
