Superb store Exa lent
Nice place for handlooms and ready-mades..
It should be 0 rating, as there is no option choosing 1 star. 1.( Everytime it happens) All the staff members are old and as a result they have very very less patience to show cloths varieties to customers. Few staff members are reckless and arrogant. 2. ( Most recent experience) Took a saree on festival eve for family member and they told if not okay with color or fabric will exchange within a week. We did not use it. Opened saree and checked the complete design. ( initially staff refused to open and told if not okay bring back and we will exchange). Not satisfied with design and we went to shop for exchange after 3 days. Person who is sitting on Cashier chair, referred himself as manager and so arrogantly refused the exchange saying saree should not be opened. He is sooo rude, reckless and dont even show any respect to customers. Literally thrown the saree on us saying cant exchange. He used all the rubbish words and abused. Dont even have patience to listen anything. I feel he is drunk or mentally unstable person. I feel like kicking that idiot then and there..but walked out as I have common sense which that stupid did not have at all. O optex is good fabric shop once Upon a time. Since my childhood we use to visit the shop. These days o optex lost its image completely only because of arrogant staff. Prices also too high. From today #Boycott o optex and will never visit the store again in my life time and will inform all my near and dear the same to never go to o optex. If there is atleast one person who really cares for customers and their feedback..contact me so that I can explain more about the pathetic experience I had with the cashier( manager).
