Our experience with Motherhood hospital, Banashankari branch was very good. The nurses, house keeping staffs and receptionists were all very professional. Care 5/5 For most of the new moms additional assistance will be needed for the first two days and the nurses at Motherhood hospital were always available and did take good care of the patients. They were courteous, caring and patient enough to attend whenever needed. Doctors 5/5 Big thanks to Gynecologist, lactation consultant and the Pediatrician for all their help and support. They did guide us very well on the topics to be aware of and did answer all our queries calmly . They were all soft spoken and never created any unwanted panic moments. Hygiene and Hospital environment 4/5 The premise is very well maintained and in the pandemic period, one does expect that utmost importance is given to sanitization and the house keeping staff does an excellent job here. We had opted for a private room and it was very well maintained. They do sanitize the room every time before a new admission. Hot water is available 24/7 and no concerns over there. Private room is quite spacious and has a TV as well (Not sure if anyone will find time to turn on the TV) The cafeteria is also pretty decent for attenders to have their meals inside the premises. The prices are all reasonable and the meals are served in decent quantity. The only concern with the premises is that they are still carrying out some construction at the hospital premises and because of that there are lots of nails and screws lying towards the parking lot. They do clean the path towards parking lot but it is still a concern. This was the only issue which prevented us from giving this a 5 star rating.
I just got my second job, everything has been extremely smooth and friendly, from the first moment I came, everyone had been so helpful and patiently answered all my doubts. Awesome Hospital.. Throughout pregnancy received lot of support and care from doctors and hospital staff.. Great Ambiance very very clean and well maintained.. Took great care of myself and babies during delivery.. Thanks to all the Doctors, Hospital staff , management for giving best support.. Making advance booking registration was very helpful with minimal process during admission. Special thanks to house keeping department to feel us better to keep the hospital neat and kean..
