I try as much as possible to avoid visiting Government offices but its inevitable. I wish I could rate "no star" for this Bangalore One center. The employees here behave like they own the place to themselves and have absolutely no courtesy at all. They've forgotten that they are government servants at the service of the tax paying citizens. Yet no one can and will change them. They will make their share of money and move on and the next will come to take their place. This is the sorry state of our country.
I visited this place for taking my son's Aadhaar. It was off day for BBMP and only one lady was there to support the Aadhaar requests. We reached there at 8.40am and at 8.45 the lady distributed forms and tokens to the 12 people in queue. At first time we felt she is handling the people in queue with rough approach. But considering the amenities available for her to function and the noise from public in our country, i felt it is inevitable. She was handling entire people there single handedly. My token was #8 , which was called in 45 mins time. And within 5 minutes she did our work including biometric update, photograph and online application update. She was polite and supportive during the process. I see many complaints in reviews here regarding this centre. May be govt can improve the waiting amenities for public. Otherwise my experience today with family was good. Those visiting here for Aadhaar work, take care to keep Rs.50. Thats the fee for Aadhaar.
The person working in this center is irresponsible whose name is Manju. I went for name transfer of my khata and for taxpaying,at first he said the amount will be around 36000/-(including bribe,khata transfer and tax payment) later he said i will reduce that upto 32000/- (including bribe,khata transfer and tax payment) as per his records he need to show 27000/- tax,he only paid 21000/- tax and he is expecting 11000/- for khata transfer as bribe and he asked full payment then i gave him 25000/-.After giving 25000/- he will not even pick the call and if visit the office he is telling some stories like RI is not there like that.he took the amount on 28th June 2018 and till now he didn't done his job properly and he is expecting the remaining amount.Don't trust him.Don't believe him.I don't know why BBMP is hiring such an irresponsible and bribe demanding guys.I didn't even ask him to reduce the tax or dimensions of the site i clearly said him i will pay the full tax.Never trust the persons like him.I visited this office nearly 10 times for this work in this one and half month.So guys please think once when you are giving the payment to this guy(MANJU) particularly.He is a cheater.i don't know how to get done my work at this stage please give me some suggestions for raising the complaint in BBMP.
I went for update my Adhaar, they denied my request. Even government offices responds like this where can we do. Same response from Bangalore One.
People working here are one of the worst irresponsible and unprofessionals.. not deserved for even 1 star..
