I have been working at GBM Convent School as a teacher Lots of opportunities to play different roles, competent faculty, excellent students. Hardly any but senior members feel stagnated at times so more job roles are required. Advice to Management:- After some time faculty must be encouraged to take up research work for the overall development of the school and train new members....
