Sunshine hospital has successfully completed 10 years of service in Hyderabad. My family have been taking treatment from this hospital since 8 years, all the doctors and employees working in this hospital are so polite and have a lot of patience. Everything is so transparent and you will get help from many people to know the doctors rooms and other information. Sisters, patient care executives and transport people are so humble and respectful. I totally satisfied with the service and treatment. I would recommend every one to visit and experience the hospitality kn Sunshine hospitals.
I had a major injury to my right leg tendon tear while I participated in badminton tournament at Jaipur I was representing my company New India Assurance because of age factor it happens what doctor declared ..My heart felt thanks to Dr Kamalakar garu was very supportive always through out my treatment and visits .. it happened in the month of February now I could walk cured totally after surgery and back to my work also want to thank Sindhu and dressing team Balraju also for all help whenever I had a visit 😊 very supportive staff and health insurance wing persons are also promot at billing i always suggest this hospital ...Thanks n Regards... Sunshine has became a family hospital for us. Myself and my wife has been visiting sunshine from last 6 months post covid all the way from khamamm . The hospitality is supper, the way Doctor Suudesh patil sir explain us will give us a lot of self confidence. He is very simple ,and cool and down to earth. He has given me a second life. Thanks a lot for the kind support. The management and sir's PA response is too good.
The hospital is very good. Hospitality can be improved. I accommodated my father during his stay for angioplasty surgery. I had a bitter experience with room allotment. Other than that everything is good. The doctors are very polite and explained in detailed. The nurses are very nice and took proper care. Car parking arrangments can be improved. Over all the hospital is good and I recommend.
Not complaining about Doctors, the doctor and the nurse were helpful, that's the reason I gave one star, you must be wondering how the hospital has 20k comment that's mainly because at the time of check out the staff come and takes you phone and fills in their own comments with high ratings. Such a shame. Then at the time of check out they say if you have any queries contact the number and send email in follow up. There is no response for calls or no followup emails are been checked or replied back. The charge every penny, every service the Cleaning staff show the hand for tips. When you checkout it's like you are checking out of a 5 star hotel, the ambulance guy, the Valet parking, cleaner, every one asking for tips... and yes once they take the phone for the review... they hardly attend you.. discharge was such late..had to literally shout at them , they said 12.. we will be discharged, then by to after full payment we got discharged chit from billing , but the nurse take their own time.. finally at 5.00 when we couldn't take any more we had to shout at them, within 15 minutes we are in ambulance back home
