I am suffering from viral fever and been taking injections there. It's a good hospital no doubt however the staff nurses in the emergency ward is awfully pathetic .. there few who are good but the are few who are in learning curve. Doesn't know what they are doing .. I had bruises on my hand as the nurse failed to connect cannula on my hand .. cried alot informed the doc however doc has taken the staff side ..
Paediatric department is not up to the mark and the doctors are not as per our expectation. They do not perform daily visits to check the new born baby health condition. So, I strictly urge not to visit the hospital if you look for any paediatric doctor. In 2013, it was a fabulous experience in all aspects, but in 2021, it is utterly failed. So, one can imagine how the hospital is maintaining its graph. As a parent, It is my personal experience in recent days Thx.
Okay okay. Staff is not so friendly. No discount offered on medicines. Better to buy from the store just outside the hospital.
Good hospital and Good ambience.. This Hospital (Uppal) is budget friendly and given treatment without compromising.. Doctors and management are so friendly even the madam at Bills section is good at heart. But only one flaw in the hospital is the nurses, specially Sr. Nurse at emergency ward too rude and worst.. People visit the hospital with taking lot pain and loosing hopes... With that kind of rude behaviour they are more demoralising the the visitors...
No doctors will be available on time we took the appointment of DR. Baswaswar almost we have to wait for 3hours for the doctor. Front desk staff response is not pathetic apart from that they have only one landline number. Which won't work.
