Gynecologist Dr does not come on his own time and runs a private clinic. There is no time to come to gov.hospital
Hospital time is 9:00 but staff comes on 10:00 onwards. No one follow rules on time of vaccine and if any known person of your staff comes then they give him vaccine forst
