I Visited only for an eye testing. That take around 5 hours waiting. I don't know who will give information about where is the testing lab, where i can wait.. almost three patients asked their doubts to me. I asked to nurses going one door to another. That is the only way for information. I didn't see any token system. Very crowded hospital like this must provide a reception on every floor. I know this is a well reputed old hospital, that's why I expect more from this hospital.
Sending my gratefulness to Dr.Sindhu (Department of Ophthalmology), the best doctor I have come across. Doctors are always busy, but your efforts to make your patients comfortable is truly remarkable. Thankyou for your explanation of my illness and your excellent treatment, but I personally feel that, you need more nursing staff to support you. Once again thank you Doctor.
One among the best hospital in Ernakulam. It's a pretty big hospital run by Christian missionary. They have almost all facilities in this hospital. Their Eye department is one of the best in Kerala.
