Aishu Kalyani – in the last week

Doctors and Nursing staff are excellent! BUT Negatives 1) outpatients are treated on token basis and the wait time is exhaustingly long what make the wait time worse is their inadequate sitting arrangement 2) people skills of non medical staff is non-existent ( Rude, ill-mannered, impolite doesn't even being to describe their behaviour) management needs to consider training their staff with people skills 3) Insurance desk lacks knowledge on coperate policies(any policy for that matter) 4) you will be asked to jump desk to desk for even a simple admission process and if your insurance raises queries regarding the treatment insurance desk will ask the attender to run around for the answer ( Even if the patient is in the OR and the attender is waiting for an update- something insurance approved and paid for already- because making an internal call is too much to ask for apparently) 5) if the inpatient pharmacy doesn't have a medicine they will not arrange for it ( the attender has to run around for that too ) mostly that particular medicine will be available in the OP Pharma located in the Ground floor ( making a simple internal call should be a problem right?) Positives 1) The doctor are the crown gem of the hospital- their experience, expertise, capabilities, dedication is simply par excellence (unmatched by any hospital in the vicinity possibly even city) 2) Nursing staff are highly experienced and capable professionals 3) Hospital is fairly well maintained Special mention Doctor Prabha Nambiar - Ma'am your presence puts us at ease and makes as fell we are in good hands ( she is very charismatic) Nurse Anumol, Bhagya and Laijju(Hope I am spelling them right) they are soo dedicated and pleasant And also nursing lead( head/supervisor I am not sure - Vijaya Kumari ) she visited us a explained the entire procedure in such a way, all our worries and doubt regarding the procedure simply vanished (the positive vibe she brings forth is the spirit of any hospital) - I am really appreciate and am thankful for all your good work In short- This is a good hospital with great medical personnel and simply horrible nonmedical personnel - good thing is the management can change this positively by educating all non medical staff (starting with the insurance desk) to be people friendly

We had admitted in the hospital and waiting for the since morning , There is no response from them , No responsibility to Doctors and as well as Nurses , The nurses just come and ask for drips and no diet was mentioned , From morning the Patient is Starving. So pathatic and only for money sake they use people. No value for human at all. Didnt see such a pathic and irresponsible hospital .
