I haven't visited the hospital but customer service is best and polite. I just want to ask that this is right hospital for stomach pain (no pregnancy)??? It may be gas or harnia problem? Every scan had been done yet showing positive results but patient is still suffering... Pls answer so that I can book my ticket 🙏🙏🙏🙏
- A unique institute that has no billing counter! Not one paisa is charged- treatment is 100% free (inpatient, outpatient, lab services, radiology services...you name it). - Excels in neurosurgery and cardiology/surgery. - You will need a prior appointment unless it is an emergency like an accident. - Very calm and peaceful, well spaced out hospital. - All the staff, from the ground level to up, are polite. No rude or uppity behaviour from anyone. - Was very disappointed to see an officer pacing outside the ICU requesting the attendants to donate blood and everyone refused. I request that if you have availed of the services of the hospital, kindly donate blood. Sai Ram!

Visited this hospital for my treatment but the behaviour of the staffs was really really poor. Not only staffs even the doctors behaved rudely. As a patient I had some queries regarding my health but the doctor shouted at us for asking them something related to my health. They don't want to explain anything twice. I understand if they are slow but behaving rudely was not done!! Very very POOR BEHAVIOUR.
Sai baba great man started this great organization but the people here are spoiling his name, the management is to worst and people near the gate their behaviour with patients and families are ridiculous, they don't even have manners and discipline at all. They are spoiling the name of this great organization, people are very rude behaviour and speaking very disrespectfully, never expected such kind of thing from such a great organization. the great organization must look about this people, they should take some action say to manage with patients, mainly at the main gate. Be kind and gentle in your dealings with others - Baba But here staff are making unnecessary and unpleasant arguments and creating very un polite full environment.
