I had a great time in the hospital. The atmosphere , staff and doctor were good. It made me quite comfortable enough to feel like home.
We consulted Dr.Punyavathi for Hysterectomy, service provided was very satisfactory, only disappointment was the management. Waiting time for consultation is too long even after taking prior appointment. Also the billing procedure for Insurance holders is not made clear at the beginning..The usual procedure I know is, during discharge complete bill is submitted to insurance and whatever is rejected will be paid by us. But that was not followed here, pharmacist made separate payable/non-payable bills, and made us pay even before submitting to insurance. Same with few procedures, some bills they made us pay and asked us to get it reimbursed from insurance separately..what's the use of going to an in-network hospital if I have to submit reimbursement separately?? Food was not provided by hospital to patient post operation. TV, fan in the room wasn't working, and they didn't try to fix it also. AC was working though. Talking about what we liked, is the Hospitality by Doctor and support staff. Highly recommend the doctor, but the management needs to improve.
Blessed with a boy baby and exited. Awesome experience, wonderful & supportive staff. Great doctors and fulfil all the expectations. Heartly thanks to all the staff and doctors. 🙏
Admitted to hospital on 7th Jan 2022, they have charged around 70k for 30min operation and 24hours hospitalization, they just looted like anything even though we have insurence covered. You'll see surprise bills and feel mental harrasment. Don't simply go and admit, have a detailed costs breakup before hospitalization
The doctors and other supportive staff in the ward are excellent but the attitude and behavior of the front end desk are worst, the management should see that they are trained.
