I'm not sure of other branches, but the jp Nagar branch takes their own leisurely time in the morning to open the clinic. They make the client come punctually and make them wait outside for half an hour or more till they open the clinic. I have faced this issue continuously for 2 days. Very unprofessional behaviour!
My experience has been great so far at kosmoderma JP Nagar in terms of diagnosis and the treatment. I’m being treated by therapist Renuka and she’s doing an excellent job. She’s quite gentle on my skin and is very knowledgeable. She keeps the patient engaged explaining the details of the treatment/therapy. Will definitely look forward to working more with her. Very bad experience at Kosmoderma, I spent around 2Lakhs for the skin and hair treatment, nothing really worked and I faced very bad acne and hair fall after the treatment. I payed 6months emi for the services taken and the manger Khadir promised me saying I will be getting back the extra interest amount charged on every month, it’s been almost more than a year I enrolled there for the services and emi is also done and still I haven’t received the extra interest amount charged. Staffs are very careless and they only excite you to take the services at the start and no results after the services taken I have almost took 40 gluto shots 15+ plees Lasers 12+ hair PRP Nothing worked… very pathetic services… They are big scammmm never take the services there and loose your hard earned money. I have been following up on daily basis for amount I have to receive and still they push the days saying it’s still in process. Very very careless staffs. I should be receiving like 25k not sure when they people will be processing. This is a big scam guys they just talk to you very sweetly and try to make you to take the services by say the discounted amounts please don’t get fooled like how it happened to me.
I think they only listen aftr posting a bad review of them on Google! Highly dissapointed! Been following up fr one simple.query since days now!
