The staffs, nurses, doctors, even the cafeteria persons are so helpful and well behaved that you will fall in love. Service staffs are so punctual that exactly each hour they will come to check on you. Nurses are always ready and well behaved with proper knowledge. Bushra from PRO team is always ready to help you no matter whatever concerns you have. And last but not the least the Gesture, we felt touched starting from the cake to photo. All of them were very kind and It was really smooth delivery experience. Doctors were very much supportive for normal delivery. Insurance and billing was quick and very much affordable. Special thanks to lavanya for helping us throughout our delivery process. I would recommend any expecting mother to deliver their baby here.
We are happy with all the services provided Regular visit of doctors Finance and nursing stations are very responsive Housekeeping is on time and very helpful Doctor Ritu and all nurses attended on time through out our stay. The food was good for a patient.. is well managed in diet taste and timing. Every 2hrs you are not left hungry. We as a couple feel happy about out first experience. Thanks to the administration to guide us through out our stay in yes of treatment and finances ..
First thing we are very happy that ovum is the place we choose for our baby. From our first day till the day of our consultantion till the delivery of the baby everything has been amazing and every staff here from the housekeeping to all the doctors and nurses everyone has been amazingly helpful always on time and very helpful! It's very sweet gesture from the hospital that they had a cake cutting ceremony for the baby and ultimately I would recommend to be parents to choose Ovum hospital for their little who has to arrive!!! :)
