Worst staff behaviour. No proper response from receptionist. consulted doctor for leg pains.. Doctor suggested me to use tablets for 20 days. There is no effect after using for 20 days. Went to hospital for re consultation . But they asked me to come the very next day with prior phone appointment. Whenever I cal them for appointment, the answer is same " appointments are over for Today you can Cal us tomorrow". There is one guy at the reception who thinks he is the owner of srujana hospital Better to visit hanuman or other Ortho pedic doctor.

Very bad customer service with indefinite waiting to meet the doctor even with prior appointment. I gave a call for appointment in the morning and got the token number as 21, folks at the reception asked me to come around 12pm. I gave a call at 11:30am and they mentioned that out patient appointments haven’t started till then so I came around 12:45pm, I waited till 2:30pm and didn’t get a chance to meet the doctor as he stepped out for lunch. They asked me to come back at 4pm, I came back and at 4pm and waited till 6pm before I finally met the doctor. What’s the point of booking an appointment for such an indefinite waiting. Moreover, it’s a paid service. I strongly recommend the doctor to take some action on this
