The worst service from the staff In Dolphin. They are not at all talking politely. If any query from Patients they are not at all listening our words. Kindly change staff behaviour and later fix proper timings at the counter staff saying as it will take time till 8PM where as we entered at 2PM we thought there might be Heavy patients but there’s only 3 patients in line we asked them again only 3 patients are there why huge time they are saying if u wanna stay stay otherwise u can leave and we travelled almost 50kms for this MRI. We are living in small village after 6PM will not found any travelling facilities. Try understand situation from patients and charges are 5K which is not a small amount.
