Worst experience ever.. Untrained and unprofessional staff. Went to fix stoma bag of my mother. The Attendant named Vinod kept the patient on hold and was busy chit chatting with someone on call.. later tried to fix but after 30 minutes of unsuccessful attempt quit and we have to ask help from another doctor, who assisted him through Video call... Please do not take your near and dear to this hospital 🙏
I was admitted in Hospital ,very bad experience . 1st:-Mr. Gaurav Sir,Your staff person was drink win in night shift. No one can care about these. I was complaint but no action and They said me this is common. 2nd:-I was admitted on sunday and discharge on Wed 2 PM. Only Gaurav Sir visited 3 times in these days but in final Bill take six visit charge when i raised issue then TPA personal said we can word on the doctor request not for you. I have evidence to prove all these things because CC TV camera putting infront of my room .so all activity can be find here. 3rd:-1st years nursing student working on it .They dont have knowledge about working. SO i have many many more complain .No best treatment given to me. They take me Money without any root cause. I took leave without any recovery . So i am requested to all dr. Please We are human and everyone have family.please do your duty with honesty not for money.
I visit this hospital thrice and found that concerned Dr was not operated her patients on time. For an ultrasound in emergency case we waited for 50 mins. That's very disappointed That's why I am giving only one star to this hospital.
