Height of insensitivity| Medically Unworthy I experienced their support first hand when I brought my ailing grandmother to their Emergency Section. The doctors were unavailable for a patient in emergency ward. The staff was reluctant to help even in the circumstances where my grandmother was unconscious. We intimated them that she was a cancer survivor and a heart patient; still there was no reaction from them. My grandmother took a serious fall due to them fiddling with her ailing body resulting into a hit on her forehead. The blood oozing out of her head was unsightful. They gave "us" the cotton to clean her wound and we did it by ourselves. Again no help from them. We spent 3½ hours waiting for help but to our surprise, there was no one to help. Finally we decided to take her to another facility and thank God we took that decision. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL AND ITS SO CALLED EXPERTS.
