Worst diagnostic center, no organization, no time sense.They function like a government company. They don't consider their job as a paid service they are offering their work as though they are doing you a favor. ABSOLUTELY NO PROFESSIONALISM. Right from lab technicians to all the staff involved at the reception. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
They don't have time sense, I have waited more than 5hr for one CT scan report. they waste my off day and also prices also more, no seat's for sitiing, no parking etc..... Totally Worest experience i had.
Good service. Very much crowded for pregnent womens. For dental related scanning we can get the reports instantly.
Worst service.... No time sense and there is no proper management. Staffs are behaving like illeterate.. anything u ask, they will tell wait wait wait . Will call ur name. Ever after 4 hours waiting also they dont bother. It is like government office.. very poor organization.. No time sense.. .. . U have to apply leave for whole day for small tests and reports..
Reception counter in the ground floor is crowded, suggest management to come with electronic display. So when the counter is free Visitor can approach respective counter & it should be managed by a person so as to avoid crowding. Payment thru cash, Debitcard, credit card & thru UPI can be made. Lab is having around 40 seating capacity in the ground floor. Second Floor is also having same seating capacity. Floors are kept clean, mopped frequently. Situated in Busy street, Entrance to Lab is from the narrow side street. Ramp is available for wheelchair bound visitors visiting the lab. Need to Park two wheelers on narrow street. Lab is having cellar where around 5 Four wheeler can be parked. Security will allow around 10 cars to park, it is difficult to move your car once it is jam-packed. Staff will support, Avoid parking in cellar to avoid damage to one's vehicle or to other vehicle. Lift facility available which can accommodate 10 people & it is managed by lift operator. Water dispensers are available, disposable cups are available on request from the reception counter. Bottled water are sold by the security at Rs.20. Visitors who come for abdominal scanning no need not worry to travel far away to purchase Bottled water. They have good equipments. Each test room is numbered & placard mentioning the tests carried out. Medical test results/reports can be downloaded through your mobile by the link shared by the lab once the results are uploaded in the Diagnostic center portal by accessing them through user id & password provided by them. Most of the Doctors recommend this diagnostic center, I do not know reason behind & not investigated. I have seen reviews of others, but not faced any issues during my visit for medical tests. Staff are courteous. Overall it is good. I have given 4 star as do not have provision to give 3.5 star. My rating for the visit to lab is 3.5
