Even technology has advanced ,this hospital even not taking appointment over telephone. For consultation they asking to get token by visiting hospital in the morning 5.30am. They have no other option for appointment.. Management to have a look on it..

Very well experienced and managed Doctors at service for patients.The service they have provided has been excellent. Surroundings and atmosphere around the hospital was good. Place is Neat and Clean. Good Housekeeping. Very helpful and pleasant Reception.
Cons/Defects of Nair's Hospital After being a private hospital in mid of Kollam, They don't even have a card payment option available at their scanning center in New Building of Nair's Hospital for scanning like Ultrascan. Because of this my precious 45 minutes is wasted. Since most of the near by ATMs are either not working or don't have the enough cash. CT SCAN OF brain is not available at Nair's Hospital Also best part is that they don't even have the CT scan of Brain available there. They charge Rs 2200 for CT SCAN of Brain and take the patient to Matro Scanning Center in Kollam. Worst employees are working in different departments of Nair's Hospital. Worst management handling day to day activities of hospital. Lack of understanding of patients issues and lack of good treatments given to patients who approach for treatment solutions from Nair's hospital. If you are not well, I would recommend DON'T GO FOR NAIR'S HOSPITAL.
A good Dr is one who is knowledgeable, human in dealing with patients and takes time to explain things to his patients...found one in Dr.Anand...ENT surgeon.
