This Residential Flats are being constructed by Telangana State Housing Corporation Limited an entity of Telangana Government in collaboration with other relevant entities. A special initiative by Government it is, a scheme formulated to deliver 2BHK houses for the needy, mainly that would involve BPL families thus and there by benefiting the poor. This is in the nature of Ghmc C+S+9 (Cellar + Stilt + 9 Floor) module type construction which is a type one among other construction types that vary according to location - Rural / Urban. This are alloted to the beneficiaries according to norms as prescribed by Government in a phased manner on Subsidised Rates. At present this is still under construction and is more or less running towards completion very shortly. Approach Roads are yet to be laid properly.
