No point of giving one star also, as we are unable to take appointment through phone, we visited directly to the hospital for an a appointment with patient who have 57 years old with severe pain that to came from very far place just to take appointment but staff just refused that even though we at appointment timing only and when patient is available still they are asking us to take appointment through phone only.... @staff Seriously is it way.... And i won't suggest this hospital not even for headache
Usually they will not follow any appointment schedule. Hospital is and meeting the doctor is like fish market. They send patients according to their wish. Worst experience. Never ever refer to this hospital even if in case doctor is capable of diagnosis the issue properly. I went through reference, waited 4 hours to meet the doctor at first visit. And today came for review and waiting since morning. There is no proper arrangements of schedules neither based on first come first basis not appointment basis. Completely their wish.
This is an average hospital. We have admitted our kid here. The treatment is fine but the doctors are pretty confused on the diagnosis. Waiting area for mom's in NICU is very poorly maintained. The charges are huge, every minute the nurse comes with a requisition to get it billed. And the medicines requirement is very huge and they are all billed at MRP. The canteen facilities are awful, we have to assume that there is no canteen coz you may have to get admitted if we have food here. There is car parking very far away from the hospital and may force you to park on the road for which the apartment owners raise objection. So please come by walk if you are visiting the hospitals. Toilets are worst. There is no dining area for attenders. You have to eat on road. Overall: Come here only if you know the doctor personally, else there are lot more. Billing wise they are corporates, maintenance wise government hospitals.
Hospital staff is very friendly. Doctors, Nurses are like an Angels who take care the Patients very nicely
Worst Hospital Specially Dr. Pregniya P Vani the pediatrician in NICU she is like road side doctor does not no how to talk with parents and unnecessary they are cheating people by saying all lies to parents. She is like fish market lady. I refer not to come here for any treatment. We came here just because Dr.Prashant Reddy he is very good doctor best pediatrician I have ever seen and recommended lot of my family memeber to visit him. I am visiting him since 15 years.
