Excellent hospital with world class facilities and great team of doctors who are dedicated to their duties. Doctors here are field experts who are caring towards their patients. The doctor we consulted there understood the complexity of the case as it was an emergency delivery and gave us the earliest slot for operation immediately. We went there for my wife's second pregnancy and they handled the case very responsibly right from admission to discharge. OT was well organized and wards were neat and clean. Every floor has a floor manager who takes good care of arrangements. We had an issue related to our baby's health with the room allotted but when I raised the concern they swiftly acted and changed the room for us amid the limited availability. We were moved by their kind gesture when they arranged a gift and cake cutting ceremony for out little one. These kind of experiences stick with you especially when they are related to big events like childbirth. I highly recommend this hospital to everyone.
Overall service is very good. Nursing staff are very cordial and took at most care. I recommend nursing staff team communication among them self should be improved. They should talk about profession not personal. This comments won't down grade the quality of service the care is giving to me and people. Thanks CARE for excellent service
Initially you will be pleased with the service. But when you take admission using insurance, you will be given all sorts of tests. Moreover they will not give you any sort of information about further tests and discharge. Please make sure you ask all kinds of questions on the discharge date, time, number of tests to be done. Else they will do one test a day and try to make more money. Today I had big tough conversation with doctor and he himself told me that because we have used insurance we will have to wait. If I'm ready to pay from my pocket we can get discharged soon. No one is aware here when will we get discharged. F.... The management
