Incorrect location. Do not come here
There are great doctors in this hospital. But may not be the best one for working individuals. Absolute disregard for patients time. Third experience now where I have been kept waiting! . No coordination between call centre that helps set appointments and the hospital. No updates on change in appointment time or delay in terms of doctors availability. Totally understandable that the doctor is held up for all the right reasons, but least one expects is that the patient is informed, if there is going to be a significant delay. On an occasion was waiting for 30 mins !! Bad personal experience in managing appointments. Opportunity to improve experience if they care by improving coordination between appointment call centre. and hospital.
