very good hospital providing good patient care, recently my mother get fracture and treated very well in the covid time. all the Dr are well trained and well versed with the all procedures.
Medical treatment was good. Doctors suggested right medication at the right time to my father for Covid treatment. And also didn't keep the patient for too long in the hospital. I appreciate that. But the management was pathetic. We were asked to pay the fee only in cash (of course most of the hospitals are doing the same now) and we paid. But almost every other day I had to call the reception and yell at them to fix the saline, provide bucket/mug in wash room...etc One day they gave lunch at 3PM to the patient who is diabetic. My sincere suggestion to the hospital, if you observe the reviews carefully most of the people are satisfied with medical treatment but not at all happy with the management. You need to train your staff well and especially teach them empathy. I hope you will take the feedback in the right spirit. All the best!
It's to bad to worst when we go to hospital serum creatine level is 2.1 they give 30day corce ,After 15days it Rice's 3.0... When I am search given medicine they are not given single tablate related to it ...
It some neetnes and give us simply way to done our work..... To get a blood or showing hospital... 😂🤣😂🤣
Doctor is good but tha staff is misbehaving worest behaviour and mostly the person who is at the reception is worest one his behaviour is not good towords the staff
