1 star... my friend's mom died because of this hospital, they give everything that they can just to make sure his mom will get a good treatment but they don't. I've heard too that they just looted their money.
If there is an option for negative rating I will prefer that. Staff behaviour is not good not at all responding properly with patients and their family members.
Believe me this is a genuiene review....this one star is because i dont have no choice of giving 0 star or negative stars....they will never care for patients at all the only care is for their money...besides this, patients mental health will be degraded.....this is the situation during covid pandemic....they will give false statements about the patients health...i will highly unrecommend this hospital and also the government should always have an eye over these private hospitals. all positive reviews are written by their staff and marketing team real reviews are those which are 1 star this is one of the worst hospital in guntur they will make u begger if you go to this hospital
