Vivekananda Arogya Dham This 30-bed well-equipped hospital having an Outdoor and an Inpatient Section including Labor Room, a Pathology Laboratory, Blood Bank, X-Ray Department with three machines (one is portable), two ECGs, Sonography Unit, one major and one minor O.T. and a Dental Section. A Physiotherapy Unit and a blood Bank have been started recently in newly constructed blocks. A Dharmashala is present in the Ashrama campus for patients' relatives to stay during the inpatient treatment period. Most of the beneficiaries are tribals who are given all facilities including surgical operation, if necessary, free of all costs. During the 2014-15 financial year, a total number of 44,457(33,377 tribals) & 1492(1455 tribals) patients were treated in O.P.D. & Indoor Section respectively. Drugs required for most of the common ailments are provided free to all O.P.D. patients through the dispensing section of the OPD.
