Prathima has always been our most trusted hospital where I have been taking my dad for the last couple of years. My dad recently had a major heart attack and Doctor Ravi Shankar had done the angioplasty for my dad. The way the doctor handled the process and made us feel comfortable about my dad's progress was something I will always be grateful for. Would recommend the hospital always although the costs are a little on the higher side.

Came to this hospital in emergency situation for my daughter. Emergency ward reacted quickly with good attention and provided the next steps. ICU care is also good . Doctors gave proper support and directions. Rooms are good and food is good too, may be can add patient attenders too based on request for food. A little delay in getting the room but it's still ok to manage. Admin and staffs also provided prompt support on insurance and others. Nurses are very friendly and really liked that approach. Good job ... Got proper directions on blood transfusion But still my suggestion is to have their own blood bank and actually I did not went till that level by god's grace . Thanks a ton to the hospital and Team for all the support.

The overall experience is very good. Easy to reach as it is situated near to KPHB main road (NH). Hospital maintained neat and clean time to time. Ambiance is nice, friendly staff. Nurses are giving their best serve patients. Doctor are well mannered and they know every patient's pulse and treat every equally. Both Doctors and nurses visit patients time to time to check the status and continue further treatment accordingly. Treatment charges are not too reasonable, but worth for their treatment and I don't see any hidden charges, they changed what they treated for. The only disappointment is that the check out took too long unnecessaryl, apart from that every thing is good.
