I had a wonderful experience in Rainbow. Really easy process and good experience. The doctors are highly qualified and experienced. They have taken care of my child so well as a team. I feel stress free when I am in Rainbow. Every individual is very professional and supportive. The Nursing Team is Fantastic, took care of my child so well and experienced. All other supporting staff and system were very cooperative and helpful. Thanks a lot Team Rainbow for bringing the smiles back to our family.
Following review is considering only COVID vaccination process: 1) The process of vaccination right from entering the hospital is very smooth, well organized and systematic. 2) The waiting times are minimal, since the number of slots they release are only around 100 per age group per vaccine. Would have been better if more slots could be released here. Following are some major drawbacks: 1) For an educated person it would be very easy to navigate through, but people who are not fortunate enough to have education, lack knowledge about how large hospitals work, not used to digital payments, etc. it will be very challenging, since the hospital doesn't allow an additional person to tag along (to assist such people) if slots are not booked. 2) Post vaccination, they don't recommend to stay for 30 minutes to notice any side effects, but as per standard protocol, people should be kept under observation for 30 minutes.
Very irresponsible staff (working doctors), The owner may have high motive but the sub staff are running behind generating money. they need to understand what an appointment is and need to honor it, patients are paying and giving doctors a lot of respect calling Sir/Madam Doctor irrespective of the ages. they are considering the need of patients as weakness by keeping them waiting for long for no reason and advising unnecessary tests and collecting money for a follow up which was not needed. I lost a very high hope i had in the Hospital. so useless the staff are. If allowed i would choose a negative ranking. Five star payments alone does not keep the Hospital at high rank
If there is a minus point I would give that. Customer care is utter mess. They don't answer the calls and no proper response I have called them many times. Even when I visited there reception I always busy don't know with what. Never pleasant yo attend a patient. Everytime they direct the patients to somewhere else. I wonder how this has become a leading hospital. Waste of time
I took my first dose of vaccine today at this hospital. It is hygienic and well maintained. Staff at this hospital are experienced and good at their work. The only minus point I noticed at this hospital is that they are charging for parking also. This can be stopped by the management as parking space is being used by the visitors because of vaccination purpose. I recommend this hospital to others to go and take the doses of vaccine 👍.
