I think this is the first hospital in Trivandrum that started dedicated preventive clinic. I used it from 2005 onwards. Facility improved a lot. Many New package to match your risk areas. Don’t go hospital with sickness. Know them in advance before they defeat your body.
I had pleasant experience from this hospital.. Casualty session was little tough.. But at pediatric ward, the staff was very friendly and caring... Especially the pediatrician Ms. Bhavya, she's extremely good, professional.. And was most caring towards my 8 month old baby!!All the nurses and others staff has provided quality service... The PRO team was very quick and positive!! Discharge process taken few hours only, the process was very speedy.. Overall I am happy and I recommend this pediatrician and service to others.
Felt very comfortable and reassured through out my stay. The staff were great, answering any questions I had and took good care of me before, during and after my procedure. I would fully recommend this hospital and will revisit fir any future needs. Thank you....✌🏻
My wife was admitted in this hospital for surgery which due to other medical reasons was postponed. I appreciate the hardworking qualified nurses in the hospital but most of the nursing was done by nursing students who even do not know how to use the BP apparatus or hold a needle properly. The worst part is that these kids (they look like school going kids!) do not know how to extract blood. They are more scared than the patient and with shaky hands, try to extract blood only to fail multiple times. My wife’s hand was very bruised by the incompetent nurses or nursing students. I really wonder how the hospital management use patients to practice when these students are not sure of what they are doing. I had high regards for this hospital and had two surgeries several years ago. The service then was outstanding but now I would not recommend my friends or loved ones to choose this hospital. There is no accountability even if we complain. Once we complain, they treat the patient even badly by labelling as a nagging patient. This was not the kind of customer experience I had years ago.
