Hospital doctors are okay but the staff and nurses are horrible. Had the worst experience with the reception staff. They put up quotes where they ask us to behave and talk with them nicely whereas they won't even reply and they will behave as a mute person when asked a simple question "is ultrasound facility available at this time?". Height of hypocrisy. Sanjivani Hospital management should train their staff properly. And the nurses? Hah, most of them don't even know how to put a catheter or perform a proper dressing.
Not so good.. room are not clean and the charges are very high. The facilities are very poor.. saw rats in the cabin. Jorhats should have better hospitals like Dibrugarh, Also the doctor will put the blame on you to cover his mistake. Be ready to face that if you go there for delivery or any surgery Just got to from my cousin that other hospitals in Jorhat charge less than half of what's been charged here for any surgery.
Jorhat needs more medical facility centres. Sanjivani is in the core of the city providing the worst experience for any patient. I personally have the worst experience as a patient. You can't even get emergency facility if (touch wood) you ever need. Behaviour of most of the staffs are not upto the mark. Very unfortunate that a hospital at such a great location (easy access), can't serve the minimum requirements.
They earned the money like anything without any specialist doctors. Don't go pre-plan except in case of emergency
As a doctor i personaly feel Sanjivani hospital has to improve a lot to provide good medical services i am sure that after coming here no professional patient will be happy by staff skills and services.
