Hospital is having reputed doctors.But the hospital lacks a good infrastructure,still the same old buildings.Hospital doesn't have sufficient parking space.All the way from Main Road is congested,hard to pass two vehicles at a time. The behaviour of enquiry section people's is very bad.They are not giving any respect to the people in front of them,they have their own chit-chats .One may feel that we are asking something out of the world to them.
Worst hospital... Poor and negligence in nursing care... Staff and doctors are not co operative with patients.. Especially gynecology... I had my delivery their.. Poor care...their no communication with post operative icu and NICU staff... I had seen by twin babies after 27 th hours of my C -Section... Till they are not feeded my breast milk... What kind of negligence is this.. How can the staff and doctors behave like this..
The worst hospital. I have very bad experience. Beginning from parking very dirty and not enough space to park cars and full of muddy earth. They don't have convenient payment system gpay NA, Card swiping NA, when i went for RTPCR test they asked cash O wish to make a contactless payment method but they said they don't have that. About mess food is not as good but the price is spicy only. Last time we made booking for gynecologists' and they made us to wait till evening 4Oclock as we have got the booking for 11am, they said not to even go for lunch in case the doctor come in-between you will miss the opportunity, seems like this is the only hospital available in kerala and if we miss we will loose our lives. towards the end by 4 pm the sister came and declared that the doctor wont consult today with the patients as she is busy. VERY PETHETIC and ETHICKLESS. Not to say about cleanliness - VERY TRRIBLE. Hope the government will put eyes in to such hospitals and make them aware about how to run a hospital well.
One of the worst hospitals that I have seen. They don’t respect patient confidentiality. 2-3 patients are asked to see specialist doctor together. As the Dr examines one patient the others are standing just behind the patient listening to everything. No one voices their opinions because they think this is the norm. No Dr/ patient ethics being followed. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
Pls share a correct contact number. Pre booking system is not available in emergency situations. Taking too much time to consult a doctor. Expecting some modifications.
