Truly had the best experience of lifetime. I wouldn't hesitate in saying this is one of the best hospitals in every aspect. - Surgeons and all other doctors are highly knowledgeable, experienced and humble. Very down-to-earth and patiently handle all patients and their concerns. - Nurses and support staff are the best. They do work selflessly and wholeheartedly. They take care of patients like their family members, or even more than that. Very kind, honest and down-to-earth. - The intern medical students and nurses also work selflessly and sincerely. They are bright and committed to their work and studies. - Housekeeping staff tirelessly keeps doing their job keeping all the premise upmost clean, hygienic and safe for fast recovery. They are also very caring and helping. - Rooms are pretty spacious and provisioned well with everything that is required. High level of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained always. - Hospital premise huge and expanding further. Extremely high level of hygiene is maintained and all covid specific precautions are taken care of. - Pharmacy staff is also very honest and humble. Medicines are provided at a certain discount and the staff keeps working tirelessly round the clock. They are highly polite and patiently handle each attendant. - Billing counter and staff is also polite and patiently handle each case. - Security personnel and reception also always alert and available for help. - Hospital doesn't overcharge patients like most other hospitals. - Pantry provides good hygienic food timely to patients, ultimately helping in fast recovery. Improvement areas: - The external canteen doesn't look good and doesn't seem to have variety, cleanliness, hygiene. Since the Hospital is outside the town, there are no restaurants in nearby proximity. Hence for attendants and visitors, the canteen becomes important. I would recommend and encourage the Hospital owners to take this point into account and get the canteen equivalent and match the high standards of the Hospital. Overall I would highly recommend this Hospital.
Very good atmosphere and good attitude . doctors and staff are excellent. Cardiac specialo so fantastic. Excellent staff and nursing staff. So caring. Security guard too much. Cleaning 🧹🧼 work regular.
The worst of the worst I have ever seen is Nanjappa Life care hospital, Sagar road. The hospital culture is the worst and the management behaviour is the most meanest of I have seen in my entire life! Please do not visit this hospital at any cost. They would do anything for money and will not treat you afterwards. Think twice before entering this hospital. The minimum waiting time for consulting a doctor is 3-4 hours

Experienced doctors, good and friendly behavior of staff makes the visit anxiuos less. Ample parking space and visitors area is available.
