I went there for ovarian cyst and my attending doctor was Dr Smita Vaid, she listened my problem with great patience and care (before going to her I went to 4 more doctors and none of them had this patience and carefulness). She is very sweet too. I was admitted there for surgery and services were great in terms of food and beverages, house keeping and patient care, just nurses left me somewhat disappointed they were going to attach cannula on my hand and couldn't find vein for that but nurses were like forcefully pricking on my hands here and there even after I told them that I am in pain but hell they cared and were busy on experimenting on my hands. Other than this my experiences there were good and if you are not facing economic issues it's a good hospital to go for your treatment.
I worked here, so I can say it is nice place . Yeah now in these days services is not so well, because staff has changed. Reviews can be bad. When I was there it was nice place and happy patients. Safety and Higein Is so well here.
Very good experience. Staff is so kind and humble. They listen us calmly and then provide assistance.
