Delayed Treatment. Arrogant responses from clerical staffs.paid for the Lab investigations including biopsy, but no Idea about the reports.private hospitals are way better. If we question them, their answer is "this is the way we do it, and everyone follow that". Your method is pretty wrong. I think this hospital is surviving with the emotion of poor patiens. I will never again visit this and recommend to my known fellows 👎

Update: Given the covid situation only one bystander is allowed with the patient. They check the admit card and let one patient and one bystander inside the fecility. Wearing mask is mandatory here. The facility has most finest doctors and the treatment is amazing. There are no compromise in the treatment sector at all. Though there is few things the infrastructure lacks. RCC and medical college combined has a parking space for 100 cars maximum. There is no designated parking area for the patients vehicle. People would need to park their vehicles on the roads. The authorities aren't being thoughtful about the number of vehicles would come and in and go every day. The new buildings which are coming near by also doesn't have parking fecility. Being a regional centre I hope authority would work on the parking issue too. The canteen space is really small and cramped. It would be convenient if the authority provided a bit more area for for the canteen.

Good hospitality and services. Doctor's services are admirable.
