I was stopped by the security staff at the entrance of the hospital for trying to take orange juice in for my relative who is an inpatient. Why have such an absurdly strict policy? In other countries this would be totally normal. I feel as though the management should perhaps think about how they can improve the patient experience rather than how they can maximise profits!
I must say that they are providing international medical services with a human face. Some support staff members seemed to be robotic and they need to be trained to meet the standards of the hospital. I wish them all the best!
Staff are found to be polite and Patient-friendly. All tests and consultations went very well. Delay only at Pharmacy in getting medicines due to busy peak time. During next visit, appointment with Urologist went very well. Medicines could be purchased quickly without delay.
Had surgery for stroke carried out by Dr Kalpesh Shah and the team. Excellent doctors and modern clean hospital as per foreign quality and facilities. Also prostate condition remedied. Very good follow up by Dr Nimit Shah. I highly recommend this hospital.
We are from Tanzania and our experience at Zydus Hospital was great. We were received well by Mr. Himanshu and his team who were following up on us daily basis ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. Dr. Sandeep Agarwala and his team have been wonderful and very supportive from the time of admission and throughout. They ensured I had a smooth surgery and recovery.
