Doctors response is ok. But the consider Below things 1. Billing and and patient admission is very time take . They don't take priority of joining even its very critical situation of patient. Billing counter team is worst and they don't even care abt attendor and patients feelings. 2. Pharmacy is use less. They won't be having medicines which prescribed by medicover doctors for OP. Even for in patients also they won't provide medicines on time. Patients them self need to follow up with nurses for next medicine 3. Reports wont come on time. Patients need to keep on check on the status of reports 4. Last but not the least, need to to cross verify the bill several times. They will charge tests amount with out performing any test. If the patient have any knowledge they can cross verify. If patient is senior they don't even know what kind of tests they done and what is that they are charging in bill
