My wife was getting her radiations done at his hospital. Doctor no doubt was good and a gentleman. But the staff at reception are extremely rude with unacceptable behaviour. Basically everyones treated like animals if u ask a question to them. I have seen elderly people or patients being disrespected. People come hereto fight this deadly disease of cancer and are already stressed and on top these ladies are so stupid. Someone should tell them that its our hard money which brings us to the hospital so they get there salarie's and food on there table. Management should look into this and fire these rude ladies.
My wife was admitted in Capitol hospital Jalandhar and I am fully satisfied with the care and facilities provided to us . Doctors are of very kind nature and nursing staff is also very polite towards their patients.
Worst hospital. Pathetic patient care. Umpteen negligence. Nil transparency with the patients. Laid back attitude of staff and doctors. Specialists need to actually specialise before expecting to be called the same. They literally made me wait for 4 hours just for a few XRay reports which they were actually supposed to give the patient at the time of discharge, but they didn't, and when I went to retrieve them later, this negligence is what I get.
Neat and Clean Hospital of city. Services provided by Hospital is vry quick nd fast. Highly recommended to all whom want best care for there patients.
The staff of of the hospital,including the seniors doctors to the nursing staff is really cooperative and helful to the patient.To finish I would say that the services provided by the staff is excellent.💯
