This hospital is not for business. All the nurses, doctors, support staff, Bethany sisters, clergymen have empathy towards the patient and those attending to the patient which cures you faster than expected. My mother and me were treated with love more than medicines. I recommend this hospital for your medical care when finding ethical doctors is very rare these days.
Had my wife's delivery here. Deluxe room taken. But it was horrible. Broken window panes and net. Bathroom seemed liked the ones u get in two star hotel. The staff were ok, probably over worked . There was hardly 2 staff for the entire wing. No words about the horrible food . The bystander bed is apparently made for a kid probably. An average person is bound to fall. Overall its all seems good on the outside but internal affairs is all horrible and old and messy. But bill comes as if you were given five star treatment. Definitely a money minded hospital . Exhorbitant charges for the kind of services they provide. If at all anything was good, it was the doctors
My sister had to visit Pushpagiri continuously in July 2021 for minor surgery. My duty was to wait outside the reception as only the patient and the bystander were allowed in. The treatment was satisfactory but the canteen called bar-b-que-inn was bad. There food is served in the kitchen by employees who do not wear masks. Obsolete bakery products are sold without hesitation. The staff can canteen is much better.This is not criticism. Only comment submitted for correction

One of the best hospitals in Pathanamthitta. We were admitted for delivery. Sisters, especially Nursery (Neonatal) staffs were excellent. Fantastic in their approach to the babies. Support staff were always helpful. Of-course, Dr. Jacob Abraham were fantastic.
