I feel most of the reviews in the forum are paid. I’ve personally had an experience with gynaecology where OP was managed and covered up with inexperienced doctors and skilled staff were forced to work under pressure at night. We had a hunch about the carrying baby and informed doctor and the reply from them was so sweet. Upon insisting the ultrasound result turned upside and forced to do an emergency c-section. Result was a healthy baby with the help of the staff and doctor during the late hours. But the regular staff excluding nurse are quite unprofessional and inexperienced. Brief is management needs to improve their service with the help of the staff within, who themselves are somewhat are in blood relation with. Need to avoid prescribing unwanted lab tests thus saving a lot of money to the poor.
Went there for RTPCR test for myself and for my friend. Procedures were really simple and you get the results within 24 hrs. Test costs Rs. 500. Really good staff , lab is also well equipped and staffs over there also supportive.
